Something of our own, made to bring people together.
The idea began with a desire to create community through good drinks and the conversations that gather around them. In December 2025, that idea became a simple decision:
“Let’s open a coffee cart.”
Café Velora grew from there. The name speaks to the quiet pleasure found in something crafted with care, and the warmth that stays with you after the moment has passed.
Today, the cart travels to weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, markets, and community gatherings throughout Windsor-Essex.
